The ROTEX Sanicube has been designed to comply with the latest requirements in the heating and water hygiene industries. Its structure is fundamentally different from conventional large volume hot water storage tanks presently used. The ROTEX Sanicube combines the advantages of a water heater system with those of a heat storage tank. The result of this structural design is the supply of hot water of perfect quality at all times. The storage tank water is filled once during commissioning and is only used for heat storage. The storage tank water is neither replaced nor consumed. The storage tank itself consists entirely of plastic, the inner and outer wall is made of high impact resistant polypropylene and the space in between is insulated with heat conserving foam. This produces excellent heat insulation values and keeps heat surface loss to a minimum. ROTEX Solaris is based on a storage tank concept which is fundamentally different from conventional systems. The Solaris solar panels are only filled if there is enough heat from the sun and if the storage tank system can absorb heat. When necessary both pumps on the regulation and pump unit switch on and fill the solar panels with storage tank water. After filling the solar panels, which takes less than a minute, the main pump switches off and the water circulation is maintained by the boost pump. Benefits
